Gonadorelin

Gonadorelin is a medication that mimics the body’s natural gonadotropin-releasing hormone (GnRH). It stimulates the release of luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating (FSH) from the pituitary gland, which in turn encourages the body to produce its own testosterone and sperm.

How It Works

  • Stimulates the pituitary gland to release LH and FSH

  • LH signals the testes to produce more testosterone

  • FSH supports sperm production and fertility

  • Often used alongside testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) to prevent testicular shrinkage and maintain natural hormone activity
